As a senior manager and member of the Allrecipes International Leadership Team I directed critical services that span the International Division (QA, Release Management, BI, Project Management, Localization, and Scrum Master) to fully support product and advertising releases for 17 countries in 12 languages. I oversaw all QA, localization, and release processes to ensure that products and advertising were released error-free for all 17 sites. I oversaw the PM functions including the Scrum master role, ensuring that the Scrum teams were fully supported and that cross-team technology initiatives such as advertising technologies were successfully integrated. I coordinated with BI, Product Owner, Ad Tech, and the Sales team to ensure that impacts of site releases and ad technologies were understood and optimized.My role was the critical dot-connector for Allrecipes International. I ensured that data, resources and critical communication are brought to bear on cross-team processes, decisions and releases so these were as efficient and well-informed as possible. As part of a small, empowered, high-functioning team it was my role to ensure that all the stakeholders were involved and supported while working to keep impediments from impacting our development team and their productivity. This role required me to think strategically and act tactically.
