Earned Sprint’s top award – the circle of excellence in 2017. Negotiated master contracts with Amdocs and Oracle as well as several specific engagements across multiple vendors. I was rated the best manager at Sprint in a survey conducted across our Business partners and the entire IT organization. Currently the Lead Designer providing innovative cost effective omnichannel solutions for all forward and reverse logistics functions including real-time Inventory Management of Sprint Retail. Responsibilities cover every entry and exit point for 66 million phones sold and returned annually on the Sprint network. Developed interfaces with all major suppliers (Apple, Samsung et. al), distributors (Apple, Best Buy, Target, et al) and internal systems. In addition to my current role, I have worked across several functional areas and platforms. Work has always been for systems that are deemed “Mission Critical” with a required 99.999% availability. Since these systems process thousands of transactions per minute, scalability, performance and supportability are primary considerations in any solution. Sprint has often called upon me when large cross functional projects need expedited turn-around. In these roles I have led teams with a mix of IT, Network, Business and Sales organizations within Sprint, combined with external vendors and major partners such as Oracle, Accenture and IBM. Managed 38 employees simultaneously across three application teams. Hired and fired personnel to maintain highly functional teams.
