Tedla manages all corporate broking for Goldman Sachs' China and Hong Kong based clients. He is primarily responsible for Conglomerates, Financials, Properties, TMT, Luxury Consumer Retail, and Energy.In this role Tedla provides informed advice on potential market reaction to proposed transactions, such as fundraisings, acquisitions or strategic reorganizations. He is key in assisting companies by acting as their “eyes and ears” in the market place to give better direction on some of the more difficult decisions that management teams face.Tedla's team advises on:1) Transactions - nature, structure, timing and marketability, liaising with institutional investors, effective distribution and orderly after-market2) Ongoing analysis – shareholder movements, trading patterns, competitors positioning, and investor sentiment3) Ad hoc research - on a broad range of topics such as investor tiering and targeting, investor relations, corporate governance and hedge funds4) Regular services - organizing roadshows, moulding key investor messages, investor targeting, equity dealing for corporate clients, and compliance with regulators

His team was responsible for sourcing, marketing, and pricing new corporate bonds, bank loans, and preferred stock offerings for companies around the world. He primarily focused on companies in the Chemicals, Metals&Mining, TMT, and Industrial sectors.

Group is focused on conducting reputational due diligence on all key advisory, financing, investment management and principal investing relationships and transactions.
