As the second in command, I work closely with the rest of the management team to keep the company on the right technical track. The CTO works closely with the Head of Engineering to ensure the development teams produce the highest quality code possible and receive the training and resources necessary to do their jobs well. The CTO also collaborates with the sales team to raise our profile (participates in events that give Secret Source visibility in front of potential clients and staff) and do lead generation.
