It started with the Ron Paul Campaign: I got involved in politics to restore the Republic, the Rule of Law and Restoration of our Natural Rights by volunteering, managing and running campaigns to elect Constitutional, Conservative, libertarian candidates, communicating Liberty and the NAP at every opportunity and serving to keep our elected officials aware.

What did I do as the Chairperson of the Libertarian Party of Georgia? Mostly I ensured that the business of the Party was conducted in accordance with the Party By Laws and the governing laws of the State and United States because there are volumes of law that regulate politics - all of which favor elected officials from and their 2 parties, especially when it comes to ballot access, candidate qualifying, and campaigning. When I was first elected as the party Chair, I had plenty of ideas about garnering attention and recognition for the party and ideas about spreading the Libertarian message to increase membership, but was sidetracked with Stage 4 Cancer and then distracted with a run for Governor. Many of my ideas went unfulfilled however a number of important goals were achieved. First and foremost was the creation of a knowledge base to house the wisdom and experience of those that came before us and also a manual covering everything about to how the run the Party and Affiliate Chapters. Our Executive Committee members consolidated and streamlined our database, our process flows and our policies and procedures. With these improvements, the Libertarian Party of Georgia can run forever.

While still part of the Navy Reserve, I put my training to work installing satellite television systems, the BIG dishes and started this company while attending UGA. This was a great business and this is where I learned marketing. I stayed active in service and installation as a fall back/extra income position until a back injury lead me into Medicare Insurance sales in 2004. Between 1999 and 2004 I worked as a Direct TV installation contractor. Over the course of this business I installed over 5,000 residential and commercial systems.
