Transferred a business heavily focused on outsourced IT support and brought all support in house, eliminating all outside IT support and eliminating cost.Performed system migrations and administered all training without any lapse in business or loss of profit during transition.Converted existing 15+ year old business to a new ERP solution for accounting and transferred all historical data from one database engine to another.Converted business from a 20 year old CRM to SugarCRM. Export/import of all data and customized new SugarCRM to add functionality that mimicked the previous system.Built 2 way API through PHP, Jquery, JSON to sync CRM and ERP in real time. Transferred all data, both financial and clerical from outdated systems to a state of the art systems. The more challenging the task, the more fun it is! I'm not your typical I.T. guy. I'm known around the office as extremely personable, funny, and able to fit in with anyone. The words "I don't know" and "I don't know how to do that" are not in my vocabulary. If there is something that I have not experienced before, I research, learn and add that new skill to my toolbox.
