At M-Life USA, we accelerated the process of advancing new therapeutics through novel AI/ML-based algorithms to screen out molecules having poor ADME, and pharmacokinetics and potency. We did this by applying techniques used in other industries pattern recognition, signal processing and decision trees. Vivione innovated in the field of diagnostics by applying several aerospace methodologies to flow cytometry and reagent development. The end result-a platform that identifies viruses, bacteria and parasites, distinguising between live, dead and injured cells. This patented technology has been validated by multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals. It remains as the reference standard for the fastest and most accurate microbiology diagnostic platform with a limit-of-detection of 1 CFU.My roots as an aerospace engineer and program manager go back to my time in the world of turbo machinery and expanded to include flight test programs of Enhanced Vision Systems (EVS), Local Area Augmentation Systems (LAAS) and numerous other programs. With each of these programs, I learned that success is rooted in finding the best people, inspiring them, removing roadblocks, and encouraging them to ask if there's a better way.My proven track record of leading, managing, and scaling biotech, life sciences, software and aerospace businesses across diverse sectors and industries. I have successfully founded and exited Vivione Biosciences, a public company on TSX Venture Exchange, and have established strategic partnerships with private, corporate, and governmental institutions. I have also been an active angel investor and board advisor for tech companies, providing them with guidance, mentorship, and access to funding and resources. I have a strong technical background and expertise in aerospace engineering, physics, entrepreneurship, and finance, having completed degrees and programs from Penn State University, The Wharton School, MIT Sloan School of Management, GE Crotonville Leadership Institute, and FedEx Leadership Institute.
