Tapped by this leading national banking and financial services institution to harness considerable self-service and ATM systems expertise in a managerial role before embarking on senior management tenures culminating in an appointment to the Head of the bank’s comprehensive ATM Channel with a business critical mandate in unifying and driving cohesion among the channel’s segmented business groups while ameliorating retail relations. Inherited management of the segmented ATM channel groups with corporate buy-in to restructure management and implement a new and competitive strategy for the re-definition of market coverage at the operating committee.  Developed and rolled-out a strategy to overturn ATM losses at 200+ locations while proactively sourcing, obtaining, and cementing new retail contacts and repairing relationships with a focus on high-profile institutions and retailers. Strategically invested in renewed infrastructure with an aim to remodel and replace outmoded technology for over 3,000 ATM units countrywide, successfully securing corporate approval reinforced by over $110M in financing.  Developed and compiled a comprehensive and in-depth business case and proposal for network infrastructure reinvestment incorporating rigorous site-by-site analysis examining the cost comparison for machine replacement. Assumed oversight of a nine-member team, successfully driving unit reunification by clearly defining resource roles and succession plans in support of growth within account management teams.  Rolled out a year-over-year team growth strategy ensuring the alignment of individual roles and capabilities, meanwhile actively managing vendors and production support by incorporating three senior-level headcounts.  Significantly increased the channel’s reflection of the brand in alignment with corporate brand conceptions, advice, value, and service in the ATM unit, culminating in winning the 2011 Synovate Award for ATM client experience.
