Successfully implemented the BP activities. Started the unwinding project of a complex foreign structure with cross border fiscal units. Successfully fulfilled the compliance requirement of the restructuring agreement. 2018-2021. Real estate group debt restructuring project, reporting to the Chairman and CEO of the newly established group,: (i) definition of a a new bp working with financial, legal and tax advisors and taking care of the stakeholders relationships, (ii) organization of various due diligence for the entry of a new shareholder and for the certification of an independent expert (iii) set up of the IBR docs. Successfully completed the restructuring debt process (about € 150 million).2019. Drove the Group tax project (VAT and direct taxes) to save time-consuming activities. 2017-2019. Drove the corporate rationalization activity of the new established real estate group: successfully achievement of (i) reduction of about 50% of the group's legal entities through mergers, disposals and liquidations (ii) reduction of structural costs and (iii) overall risk mitigation.2015-2018. Led the tax assessment of some M&A projects. 2015. Planned finance and accounting work linked to a business branch spin-off of the group real estate investments from the service platform: activity ended in 2016 with capital increase and with the successfull turnaround of the group. 2009,2013,2016. Drove the financial documentation drafting process for three capital increases in 2009, 2013 and 2016 respectively of 400, 185 and 66,5 mln euro.2007-2008. Planned the financial consolidation of a major German real estate group of investments and services as well as two important real estate portfolios in Germany that have led to an increase in the share of foreign Asset Under Management by 37% (from 13% to 50% of the group's AUM).2007. Successfully led adm & financial activities in listing a real estate fund at AIM market. 2006-2007. Drove the setup of a new Dutch corporate platform for foreign investments. 2004-2005. Successfully led the improvement of adm activities reducing closing time of the quarterly reporting by 2 days.
