Audio Department Manager
Current- Primary Duties: Project Management, Operations Management, Client Relations, Recruitment, and Performance Management.
- Provide technical analysis and advance projects with Account Managers and Clientele to produce the highest quality experience.
- Develop and execute training initiatives to enhance productivity and support employee career growth.
- Manage teams in quality control, systems design, technical reviews, and to reinforce company processes and safety standards.
- Support audio production for all closed sales for festivals, tours, corporate events, and one offs.
- Provide, communicate, and produce clear and ongoing objectives, responsibilities and processes to team members.
