With over 20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, combined with my background in Coaching and Teaching, I’ve had the privilege of guiding individuals and organizations through meaningful transformations. My expertise spans across North America, working in agency, corporate, and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) environments, where I have been responsible for everything from recruitment strategy to team development and leadership.I’ve successfully led large-scale hiring initiatives across sectors such as technology, digital banking, corporate functions, and more, for organizations like Scotiabank and Aon Hewitt (now PeopleScout). My ability to drive results stems from a combination of strategic insight and a genuine passion for nurturing talent, whether it's building high-performing teams or leading diversity and inclusion efforts that impact all levels of the organization.Several years ago, I decided to take a short break from my professional life to focus on my mental health and personal growth. During this time, I obtained my coaching designation, added Advanced French Pastry to my skill set, and lived in France for about four months. I also created a coaching business, which has allowed me to work with clients on personal and career development, and partnered with Felix Global to further my professional impact.My passion for empowering individuals extends to the classroom, where, as a part-time professor, I’ve helped shape the next generation of HR leaders by instructing graduate students in recruitment and selection at Fanshawe College. As a certified coach (ACC), I continue to provide one-on-one career coaching and development services, helping clients navigate career transitions and achieve their professional goals.As a proud member of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, my personal journey has informed my commitment to inclusivity and diversity in all aspects of my work.
