Recruited as Store Manager in Training in October 2019.  Began working in various local stores learning the O’Reilly Culture Values and Management Responsibilities January 2020. During Pandemic, we were classified as Essential Employees and have worked throughout.Took over as Store Manager duties at Berlin location September 2020.  Duties include retail, cash, inventory and human resources management, team member coaching and training, hiring/recruiting, account maintenance and customer service for all our professional accounts. Promoted to Warehouse HUB Store Manager September 2021. Daily inventory and shipping to 38 stores in VT, NH, NY and southern New England. Working closely with sister store managers, District Manager and Territory Sales Manager to make sure that business, ours and that of our customers is running smoothly even in the face of our current nationwide hiring/position vacancy troubles.

Began  as the Data Entry Specialist, entering all demographic and medical information needed for grants, VCCU and funding sources.Office Manager as of 2010, continuing all of the data input along with managing staff and volunteer scheduling.Knowledge of all Vermont State, Federal and other assistance programs available to our patients and  working closely with  patients to assist in applying for the same.With Vermont Health Connect, I became the Navigation Manager.  Duties included managing a new staff of paid navigators, working with new regulations and the Green Mountain Care Board, assisting public in applying, understanding and choosing the correct medicaid or marketplace plan that fit their needs.Responsible for all data point collection and reporting  needed for the Vermont Coalition of Clinics for the Uninsured, SBIRT, various grants and State of Vermont programs.
