• Travel as required to establish and maintain relationships, conduct accredited architectural presentations, and promote the decorative glass industry.

Calgary, Canada Area

• Overall Sales and Operations accountability for the Region. Responsible for the acquisition, development, implementation and monitoring of projects in Calgary with the main emphasis of growing a new market. Key.
• Strategic business development, client relationship building, resource planning and project management.
• Oversee the completion of multiple ongoing projects assuring cost effectiveness, quality assurance and powerful, on time delivery.
• Lead a multi-faceted team to ensure excellence while nurturing a learning and development culture.
• Monitor and uphold an industry leading corporate safety program.
• Ensure compliance with local and provincial regulations and utility technical specifications.

Directed all facets and divisions of business operations including sales,manufacturing, engineering, administration, and project management within theregion.

Oversaw all sales and operational functions of a new division of Behr Canada. Keyresponsibilities included, but were not limited to: new product sales, key accountmanagement; budgeting; territory growth and development; contractnegotiations; new product roll-outs; and escalated conflict resolution.
