In this role, I directly supervised teams of up to 20 employees, overseeing various aspects of fitness facilities, including programming and implementing diverse group exercise classes, developing medical health programs, and conducting risk stratification assessments for participants.Driven by a desire to broaden my expertise, I transitioned into the Information Technology field, leveraging my critical thinking and management skills to navigate complex technological landscapes. I am proficient in Windows Server environments, from Server 2012 to the latest Server 2022, utilizing them to integrate local DNS and Domain Controllers. Moreover, I have hands-on experience with various third-party software systems that utilize on-site servers like Nutrikids, Sage, and Wincap, ensuring seamless interoperability within the network.My expertise extends to networking protocols, where I have gained proficiency in Layer 2 and Layer 3 of the OSI model through platforms like Cisco, Cisco Meraki, and HP Aruba systems.
