Reviewed ascending dollar report, min / max part number reports and performed/request cycle counts which resulted in maintaining 1.2 million in inventory.Analyze obsolete reports and disposed of the material which resulted in maintaining 1.2 million in inventory.Appointed to implement new kitting processes for material handlers and production which tightened control on inventory and products.Managed vendor supplied inventory for setting up new products and maintained adequate inventory to prevent material shortages.
