Ted was a member of Lightning eMotors’ Board of Directors and served as the Lead Independent Director. He also served as Chair of the Audit Committee and on the Finance & Investment and Compensation Committees. Lightning eMotors, which went public through a merger with a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), provided complete zero-emission vehicle.

• Founding global and US leader of the internal audit, risk and compliance services practice.
• Global engagement partner and lead partner for a number of large multinational and US clients.

Ted was a member of Duquesne University’s Board of Directors for a nine-year term, chairing the Audit and Finance Committee and serving on the Executive and University Advancement Committees.
