Built the first “Global Unified Resource Planning” system for global resource use in 1996.> Ted generated over $450MM of consultative & services sales from 1994 – 2009 across an alliance of 9 companies dedicated to understanding business, societal, technological and operational changes and their long-range consequences on corporate and government operations, matériels and logistics, physical infrastructure, sourcing options and skills/jobs development strategies. Areas of focus: building and maintaining corporate services infrastructure and Infra-Services; Economic & Sustainable City and Regional development; Broadband infrastructure as an enabling infrastructure element to create competitive advantage.Specialties: Ted is an active member of the Fundación de la Innovación Bankinter in Madrid, the Asymmetric Threats Contingency Alliance in London and at CERN, and the Big Hook future of the Internet consortium at Woods Hole, MA.
