After 14 years practicing law, I have decided it is time to move on to other endeavors. I closed Sumner Law PC and the Center for Veterans Rights and Appeals as of May 31, 2014. While a lawyer, I found that I was more interested in building my web sites than practicing law. As a result, I am refining the web design skills I learned building my sites and hoping to transition into a new career.I am experienced building web sites with the Joomla content management system and am currently improving my HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Sass, Compass, Composer, and MySQL.
