Ted is a passionate startup ecosystem builder and founder of the YC Startup School Bangkok Community, Bangkok’s most vibrant grassroots startup community, now engaging over 1000 active members.Since launching in July 2022, Ted has hosted more than 30 events, fostering connections and collaborations among entrepreneurs and key ecosystem players. Ted, along with a dedicated team of volunteers, now manages the community as the Bangkok Startup Association, continuing its mission to unite and uplift the startup ecosystem in Thailand.Ted is also a Venture Partner at A2D Ventures, leveraging his community-building and networking expertise to lead partnerships and community building for A2D Ventures.In addition to this, Ted is also the technical co-founder of an enterprise-grade hotel supply chain management system that powers Centara Hotels & Resorts—Thailand’s leading hotel operator—along with other 4-5 star international chains and standalone hotels across Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Maldives, Qatar, and Dubai.Ted is originally from Yangon, is a permanent resident of Thailand, and has lived in Bangkok for over 16 years. He balances work with a commitment to an active lifestyle, training regularly and competing in Spartan obstacle races at least twice a year.
