• Provide comprehensive technical support: Handle user inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to software programming, connectivity, printing, and other technical concerns.• Diagnose and resolve problems: Guide users through troubleshooting processes, including the use of diagnostic tools and verbal instructions.• Collaborate with team members: Work with colleagues to research and resolve complex problems, and collaborate with programmers to address software-related issues.• Manage hardware and software: Arrange service for defective products, maintain knowledge of technology trends, and install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components.• Network administration: Set up and maintain networks and servers, troubleshoot network connectivity issues, and configure network devices.• Monitor and optimize: Monitor network performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and perform diagnostic tests to optimize computer systems.• Provide technical assistance: Offer technical support to users via various channels, explaining technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.• Remote support: Provide technical support remotely using remote access tools.

• Responsible for collecting the original documents of selected workers.• Double-checking the authenticity of the selected workers' submitted documents.• Labeling, sorting, and categorizing documents for convenience of use.• Preparing visa documents for selected interns/trainees• Follow up on outstanding documents from selected interns or trainees.• Double-check the foreign employer's accreditation documents before submitting to POEA.• Monitoring the welfare of interns or trainees who have been deployed to Japan.• Update/report quarterly the POEA system with the status of deployed interns or trainees.• Prepare the interns' or trainees' deployment documents.
