With over thirty years of competing and managing at the professional/Olympic level coupled with both startup and corporate business background, I recognized that I have much to offer in guiding others to become their best in whatever goals or aspirations they might have.My philosophy blends traditional cognitive behavioral sport psychology techniques with a Mindful Acceptance Commitment (MAC) approach. Together, clients learn and train their abilities to perform at their highest levels, with more consistency, regardless of the stakes. In 2010 I introduced a bicycling advocacy initiative focused on increasing cycling safety in local communities. Our 'brand' is our unique “Bike Ambassador” program that utilizes former Olympians and World Champion cyclists to provide impeccable ride support for charity rides. In addition, we also provide logistical route consulting and address other ride needs, including safety, education, etc. We are actively collaborating with municipalities, law enforcement to reduce cycling fatalities on the Peninsula.

Our hypothesis: most people want to talk and reminisce about the experience of their physical, outdoor activitiesMay 5th, 2014 - Launched Bike+, Run+, Hike+, and Walk+, activity apps for iOS adding innovative ways to capture and share one's activities. The Bike+ app is a natural complement to Give a Little Cycling's advocacy programs, Bike+ enables the charity rides to communicate and share road hazards to ride participants, including emergency contact information, and other services

In the beginning, Scribe Labs' main focus was a real-time bicycle fit product. Crowd sourcing bike fit data over time was a central tenet in improving quality of bike fit in all environments. I served in market development until product focus pivoted to "deep" running metrics, and simplification of the wearables to one device fitted to back of shoe, capturing 13 kinematic metrics. Currently RunScribe (the product) provides an unprecedented 3D view of how an athlete really runs.

Managed and co-founded a professional women’s road cycling team.(2004 – 2010)• Also rode for and co-founded a men’s professional road cycling team(2003 - 2005) that bested Lance Armstrong and the U.S. Postal Service Team at the 2004 San Francisco Grand Prix Race (1st)• Enabled four female riders to Olympic qualification at 2004, 2008 Olympic Games.• Conducted and managed small business operations, ranging from sponsor fundraising to managing of 12 total staff and riders
