In September of 2006 I was promoted to the Merchandising Manager with 5 employees under me. From that point until November of 2010 the department grew to upwards of 14 under my management. My department was in charge of purchasing, vendor relations, inventory management, product pricing and promotions, web content editing and new product additions. I have.

Again the company's needs had changed and I was promoted to the Purchasing Department. With a few years of rapid growth and the addition of many new vendors the Purchasing Department needed to expand. I was moved to this position as company had decided to drastically upgrade our website. I reported to the Head of Marketing and was tasked with developing and writing a syllabus to be used by a team of writers that were being hired. We saw the results pay off instantly with a huge increase in web traffic and sales.

Duties included the day to day shelf merchandising and replenishment, customer relations and sales along with technical sales advice and project assistance.

Sold performance marine supplies to boat builders, local boat yards, retailers and distributors.
