Responsibilities were cross-functional in nature and include content development and operational management of clients’ human resources support and consultation hotline, and employment law compliance.• Led the integration of HR411 into the ADP Small Business Services business, growing the business by over 700% since acquisition, and increasing client base retention rate by 8.5% through customer service outreach initiatives.• Oversaw the development of industry-leading content for the company's human resources support portals, HR411.com and ADPEmployerTools.com. Coordinated with the Marketing Department to ensure content aligns with website promotions and products. • Approved all content before publication to the website. Ensured information was accruate, timely, and presented in a manner consistent with existing information on the HR411 and ADP Employer Tools websites.• Formulated and maintained human resources related content for the HR support portals, including employment policies, job descriptions, training programs, HR forms and documents, legal updates, HR articles, and HR best practice guides. Stayed on top of industry leading best practices.• Managed multi-state HR Help Desk Center Team providing support and advice to over 340,000 clients in all areas of HR, including hiring, firing, compensation, benefits admin, performance management and labor compliance.• Surveyed legal landscape to ensure all information remained up to date with current state and federal employment laws and created alerts to inform clients of legal changes.
