1. Coordinate all financial reporting functions for entities in South East Asia region. These functions include accounting, bookkeeping and financial reporting activities;2. Responsible for statutory and group reporting and ensure both monthly and quarterly reporting deadlines are adhered to; 3. Ensure that monthly and quarterly reporting packages submitted by ventures under care are accurate, complete and in accordance with IFRS and Group accounting policy;4. Perform quarterly analytical review (AR) at Group level;5. Provide informal and formal accounting support to all ventures and regional office across South East Asia region, which includes launching technical memos and accounting policies & procedures;6. Identify, analyse, troubleshoot and provide solutions in accounting and control process issues;7. Provide support to regional operations in streamlining operations activities with impact on financial records;8. Actively involved in the migration from existing to new Consolidation Tool (Lucanet);9. In respect to the recent acquisition by Alibaba, played an integral role as part of the team in responding to investor queries, integrating and streamlining of reporting process and accounting policies.

1. Running day-to-day operations to meet KPI objectives based on Service Level Agreements (SLA) between Hub and Geomarket;2. Prepare and/consolidate Geomarket analysis and reports for the Geomarket Controller;3. Prepare and analyse the Profit and Loss accounts including detailed review of cost transactions;4. Prepare, reconcile and review the Balance sheet notes (including sub systems);5. Upload of Geomarket data into Hyperion Financial Management (HFM);6. Provide assurance on the accuracy of information contained in financial reports and ensure compliance with statutory requirements;7. Prepare payroll analysis for all segments and report to Geomarket Controller;8. Participate in ad hoc reporting, analysis or projects as required.
