- Collect and analyze data from the customer-relationship management system to provide clients’ concierge programs penetration and engagement analytics to senior management and clients
- Collect and analyze data from the customer-relationship management system to provide insights on client’s customers’ engagement patterns on dining, travel and entertainment.
- Collect and analyze telephony data to provide key performance indicators on service levels to clients
- Design and create monthly and quarterly dashboards for business reviews
- Collect and analyze data on productivity performance of the concierge consultants for operations resource planning and performance evaluation
