  I am the Supervisor of Operations for the NJ Department of Banking and Insurance and Real Estate Commission, Consumer Inquiry and Response Center ("CIRC"). My team responds to questions or inquiries consumers may have or we assist them with filing a formal complaint. Consumers may contact the unit in several ways - by telephone, web form, mail, or fax.The CIRC team responds to approximately 3,500+ inquiries on a monthly basis. "Team Dynamics" is the key. A great team can and will accomplish any tasks presented to it, professionally, efficiently, and satisfactorily, as long as the efforts, roles and responsibilties of the team remains cooperative, communicative and coordinated. There are no "I's" on the CIRC team; thus we are focused on interests of a common cause in order to meet the needs of the citizens of the State of New Jersey.
