Tawane "Tee" Jackson is the director and founding partner at Jeremiah's House, Brevard County's first wrap-around supportive housing program. Born and raised in Florida, Tee is an FAU graduate with over 18+ years of Social Services experience working with individuals of all ages in outpatient and inpatient settings. She is also a motivational speaker and life coach. In addition to her role as a social worker, Tee has been involved in organizational development for many years. She and her colleagues recognized that there was a need for wrap-around housing services that went beyond housing and food for the homeless, counseling for those with mental health issues, and helping those with substance abuse. This is where Jeremiah's House was born. In addition to being an active part of the Jeremiah's House community, Tee is a member of many local and national organizations. She is also the proud mother of 3 successful young men and one proud GG.
