-Focus on building & install Network Infrastructure in both Industrial & Commercial Park-Perform basic ELV software and hardware installations (Card Access system, CCTV system, Attendance system, Security & Alarm system, MAG Security system, Server room equipment, Networking Setup)-Supervise workers on site to ensure work progress efficiency and timeline, cabling & equipment are install in accordance to architecture's perspective and requirement-Work & standby on construction site regularly-Study & understand all projects needs hence propose & provide solutions for customers-Learn & attend courses provided by Suppliers to keep technical skills and technology trends up to date (R&M Retailer, Panduit, Belden, CommScope, MAG Security system, Soyal Technology)-Capable to work in severe environment (Construction site, Severe weather, High Ground)

Designers drawing purpose-Discuss & understand key account PIC & customers on their renovation needs (Propose relevant renovation knowledge and quotation)-Arrange different parties of workmanship to work together (Designers, Electrical technicians, Cementer, Carpenter, Transporter et cetera)-Communicate & provide support and helps needed on renovation site to solve unforeseen emergencies

-Study and optimize KPI scale system-Compile KPI data & results for promotion & demotion use-Conduct and contribute company Team Building Program-Provide solutions & solve workplace conflicts-Survey employees request & needs (especially on construction site workers)
