I’m a person who loves change, that’s why I love technology. This passion led me to enroll as an IT trainee at Year Up. During my time at Year Up, I learned how to code, use excel, and troubleshoot. Prior to attending Year Up I’ve held numerous positions, from customer service, airport aviation, and even technology. Every position I’ve ever held I’ve been promoted. I perform quality work and I work diligently. I’m ultimately looking to broaden my career path. My background is mostly customer service and sales; however, I’m open to new challenges within the technology world and I am willing to work hard to reach my goals. My goal is to have a stable career that I’m happy to go to everyday. I want to be able to provide a stable and comfortable life for my son. I’m really interested in Project Management, I enjoy contributing new ideas and I am self-motivated. I also work really well in groups. Being a mom, I will go above and beyond to ensure that failure is not an option. By doing this, I will apply all my experiences and skills I’ve learned to exceed all expectation in any career I decide to pursue.
