Tee acts as a Special Projects Director to Aspire Leadership, working on select leadership, speaking and coaching projects with senior leaders and teams.

Tee accepted position as Managing Director of a new division of the global children’s entertainment company after being asked to work for the company many times. Tee spent a fantastic five months working between Iceland and the UK before the Icelandic banking crisis meant the division had to be put on hold. Still very fond of the country and the people.

Tee was part of the training company for thirteen years, four at Director level. During this time she created a huge library of work, designed and delivered programmes for an extensive client list and had a key role in training staff to Executive Coach and Partner level, a process which takes several years. Examples of her work are leading change programmes for Kelloggs and Heineken; customer service programmes for The House of Commons &House of Lords and leadership programmes for Eversheds. Tee was the highest revenue generator in the company for the last eight years she was there.

Sponsored by Nike for eight years as one of their first UK Fitness Athletes. Presented throughout Europe for Nike and was the Keynote Speaker at fitness events worldwide. Became the UK's first Certification Specialist for the American Training Company AFFA, led courses for them across Europe and in the USA. Nominated for Fitness Leader of the Year. Co-authored 'The Crunch', a fitness book which was a best-seller in 28 countries, including in the USA.

In charge of the fitness programmes and events schedule for two London clubs, The City and Covent Garden. Managed a team of 52 instructors/presenters, a rotating timetable of 200 classes and the waistlines of 2,500 members.

Tee was, at this time, the youngest person in the country to be appointed to an educational position with responsibility for training and monitoring school teachers.
