My role involved the expansion and refinement of operational procedures, the creation and effective implementation of the company's international legal and compliance structure, comprehensive playbooks, and corporate policies. I led the business in its compliance with various international data privacy compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA). I conducted thorough assessments of operational methods and outcomes in light of strategic goals, managed the drafting and negotiation of agreements, evaluated team member performance, and managed a broad range of unique initiatives under the directive of the executive leadership.
