Currently pursuing Master of Engineering Management and Master of Business Administration at University of Technology Sydney. My engagement as Public Relations and Branding Head at Alcheringa, the biggest cultural festival in North-East India with footfall over 1.4 lakh seeded management and business administration interests in me. Serving as Chief Election Officer at Election Commission, IIT Guwahati, I heavily focused on easing the verification process and decreasing the wait time for voters on voting day which in turn paced up the voting flow and contributed to attracting more voters. The average wait time was decreased from 30 minutes to 10 minutes which is 66% efficient. Later, I joined as Consultant at EXL Service.com where I worked on a project with world's top 10 investment manager on a customer journey mapping project to discover insights on increasing customer satisfaction, and decreasing support service costs to the client company.
