In my role, I am responsible for all aspects of shoreside talent acquisition for Carnival Cruise Lines and Carnival Corporation & plc. (NYSE: CCL) I serve as a strategic partner to the organization, its leaders and the HR team, overseeing recruiting and onboarding, call center recruitment, talent assessments, global mobility, immigration proves, external agencies/vendors, on and offshore contract labor, careers site and related systems and policies. I am responsible for the overall talent acquisition strategies. I partner with the business to acquire the best talent to ensure continued growth as the worlds leading cruise line. I collaborate to ensure the strategies are aligned with the overall organizational objectives.
