Worked in partnership with the Chief of Human Resources office to support 129 schools of 36 were apart of "Mission Possible Fed Grant Program" and up to 10,000 employees. Managed payroll, sick leave, and vacation requests. Ensured adequate staffing levels, Title 1 compliance. and school funding based on enrollment. Conducted applicant interviews, administered teacher compensation programs, and assisted with retirement planning. Retained confidential employee records, monitored performance measurements, counseling, outsourcing and exit interviewing.
