Manage North America Imports/Exports shipments in strict compliance with US Customs and Boarder Protection. Partner with US and Canadian regulatory bodies (DOT, EPA, IMO, CBP) to provide project management support and communication across all compliance and documentation functions.

Led all HR functions including benefits and compensation plans, personnel management, recruitment, and onboarding. Conducted new hire orientations and training. Handled attendance records, time off requests and approvals, and tracked unexcused absences for production reports and performance reviews. Coordinated transportation logistics as well as account manager for 36+ retail clients including engagement and dispatching for product deliveries & maintenance issues.

Provided daily instruction in accordance with approved curriculum and Common Core standards for up to seven classes, totaling 300 students per week. Worked with administrators and instructional teams to plan and implement hands-on programs and learning activities for students.

Served as program manager for at risk youth in grades 5-12, and other youths diagnosed as intellectual/ developmental disability. Worked in partnership with the Chief of Human Resources office to support 129 schools of 36 were apart of "Mission Possible Fed Grant Program" and up to 10,000 employees. Managed payroll, sick leave, and vacation requests. Ensured adequate staffing levels, Title 1 compliance. and school funding based on enrollment. Conducted applicant interviews, administered teacher compensation programs, and assisted with retirement planning. Retained confidential employee records, monitored performance measurements, counseling, outsourcing and exit interviewing.
