In my current role, I focus on two key areas: IT Manager for Kehätieto and Managed IT Services lead. I oversee the company’s IT infrastructure and ensure the successful delivery of our CRM software solutions. Additionally, I lead our MSP business, ensuring everything aligns with business goals and runs efficiently.I use ITIL principles to streamline processes and enhance service delivery, driving operational efficiency and effectiveness. My primary goal is to deliver real value to our clients.In my MSP lead role, I develop and refine service models specifically for the MSP business, ensuring they meet client needs and expectations. I manage the complete IT infrastructure for our MSP clients, overseeing all aspects of their IT environments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Cybersecurity is a critical component of my responsibilities, and I ensure that our clients' IT environments are protected against emerging threats and vulnerabilities.Effective communication and training are integral to my role. I ensure smooth project execution and service handovers, while also driving sales of IT services, hardware and licenses, working directly with clients to fulfill their needs.As a team leader, I guide a dedicated team, balancing technical expertise with strategic direction to improve service quality and enhance client satisfaction.

Helsinki Area, Finland

Following a corporate transaction in which BrandFactory Finland's assets and personnel were acquired by Grano, I transitioned to the company as part of the integration process. In this role, I was responsible for the migration and consolidation of BrandFactory’s IT services into Grano’s infrastructure, ensuring a smooth transition and uninterrupted operations.I also provided ongoing support for the newly integrated IT environment, ensuring that systems were optimized, and any issues were swiftly resolved. This role allowed me to contribute significantly to aligning the IT services of both companies and ensuring their efficient operation under the Grano infrastructure.

Espoo

In this role, I worked with an IT platform serving the Nordic countries. As part of a skilled, multi-national team, I was the sole team member based in Finland, making it my responsibility to ensure all IT services operated smoothly across the country. Additionally, I focused on optimizing the ways employees in Finland worked by applying a business-driven approach to IT solutions.My responsibilities spanned a wide range of areas, including 1st and 2nd level user support, administrative tasks specific to Finland, and participation in various projects aimed at improving, evolving, expanding, and maintaining our IT environment and systems. A key part of my role was communicating all IT-related updates and upcoming changes to personnel in Finland, ensuring clarity and preparedness during transitions.The largest project I managed was the migration of Brand Factory Finland’s IT services to align with the Brand Factory Group's broader infrastructure. I was tasked with identifying all IT services used by our Finnish users, understanding their workflows, and then implementing and testing these services in the new environment. A similar project was successfully completed in Denmark as well.

Salo

With Access Solutions Oy I primarily worked with Citrix virtualization products, including XenApp, XenDesktop, XenMobile, XenServer, and Netscaler, alongside a wide range of Microsoft technologies. The position allowed me to engage deeply with various IT domains, where I planned, configured, and oversaw complex enterprise IT environments.As a Citrix consultant, I provided strategic guidance and technical expertise to major clients, most notably Finnair. I played a key role in managing and delivering projects that helped optimize their infrastructure and enhance operational efficiency. This role also expanded my exposure to diverse technologies and involved leading project management efforts from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes for the clients.

Turku

During my time at Relacom I specialized in the installation and maintenance of broadband technologies, including ADSL, Fiber, Telephone lines, ISDN, and SHDSL. My responsibilities involved ensuring reliable connectivity and troubleshooting issues to maintain optimal service for clients.This role provided valuable hands-on experience with network infrastructure, giving me a concrete understanding of how backbone networks operate and how various technologies integrate to deliver high-speed broadband services. It allowed me to develop a deep technical expertise in both residential and enterprise environments, contributing to the seamless functioning of communication systems.

Turku

In my first IT role as a trainee, I provided on-site support, handled computer installations, and assisted with system management. This position gave me the opportunity to work in a broad and diverse environment, supporting various hardware and software configurations. It allowed me to develop foundational IT skills, including troubleshooting, system optimization, and user support, while gaining exposure to a wide range of technologies and operational settings.
