Sales Director, Stores
CurrentI am responsible for the business operations, operational planning that aligns with the strategy, customer experience, personnel, concept, and development of four mega-stores in a multichannel company. The revenue generated through these stores is +160M€, and they employ +200 people. Additionally, I lead four-person store development department. I analyze operations weekly, create action plans in collaboration with stakeholders, and guide their implementation through store managers. I am a member of the commercial steering group, which directs and makes decisions on commercial activities within the company. I was part of the company's COVID pandemic team that guided and made guidelines, proposals and decisions to maintain business continuity and personel safety in 2020-2022.Key achievements:* Creation of the sales and customer interaction concept* Enhancing customer satisfaction scores year-over-year* Leading successful change that streamlined operations* Building a management system, establishing leadership cornerstones, and creating the annual calendar for store operations* Achieving the one of the highest job satisfaction out of all departments within the company
