My responsibility areas are Microsoft Office 365 end-user training and Office 365 end-user digital content.My job is to inspire people and organizations to get the most out of Office 365. The key words are better management of your own work, intrinsic motivation, communal communication and knowledge-intensive work independent of time, place and device.Working life is changing so fast that modern ways of working will become new standards. In communication, emails and paper notebooks are not just enough.

My job is to help our customers to understand how modern IT systems can help organizations to gain its person`s intrinsic motivation and that way release full potential of their energy and creativity.I hold over 100 Pilvestä Vauhtia -trainings for our customer. The training sessions were highly valued. Average of all trainings were 5,25 in scale 1-6. The most positive feedback came from my attitude, from a human-friendly approach and A scene where people could use their own laptops in their own Office 365 environment.

As a community manager I´ve created a highly valued IT training concept called Pilvestä Vauhtia. It’s about how to use efficient modern communication and collaboration tools with attitude. User feedbacks have been mainly very positive. Users appreciate much when they learn how to use their daily IT tools. I´ve boosted our Yammer collaboration environment`s usage. I influence by hosting Yammer group which is about to work better. All of our employees are registered in Yammer. Half of them are engaged in monthly, one third in weekly. We continue to gain that figures. I`ve built a work culture which is based on openness, sharing and intrapreneurship attitude. I work for changing people`s mindset from a passive driftwood to an active participant. I´ve assisted groups and people to implement Sharepoint workspaces and OneDrive for Business. Our goal is to get rid of old network drives. I've created and managed an interorganizational workgroup which works helping people to work smarter and more effectively. Workgroup has brought more holistic view for communication, IT and management skills, leadership model and office structure.

I`ve worked at Fonecta as IT System Manager since 10/2012. My responsibilities have been in internal unified communication and collaboration including Microsoft`s services Exchange, Lync and Sharepoint.Work has taught me various things from customer´s side. Co-operation with multiple service providers needs good communication and management. New IT office service/tool implementation needs good information and training track for end users. In most cases pre-planning is lot better than ad-hoc. One significant project has been Office 365 implementation. In first phase Lync and Exchange were upgraded from server version 2010 to 2013. Implementation of Yammer and OneDrive for Business were done in year 2014.Project has taught me how to manage projects from customer point of view. Elements for a successful project have been clear responsibilities, regular status meetings, easy access for project documents and effective communication within project group and customer organization.Year 2014 will consist of many different projects aiming to goal that Fonecta employees will have good and effective IT skills and tools for managing their work.

I have had designed and executed UCC end user training. Trainings have been very popular and trainees have valued benefits of training in their daily work 4,8 when scale is 1-5. Education groups have been the size range 10 to 100 participants. The trainees have been from experts up to the top management.I have had lectures at UCC products to Tieto´s customers. I have held lectures e.g. in expos, in innovation events, and in executive team meetings.Trainings and lectures have taught me how to be present, teach and inspire people.

I have been working in several UCC (Unified Communications & Collaboration) sector`s projects as a Project manager. Customers have been from e.g. Public, Insurance, Industry, Retail, and Media sectors.I have strong experience in IT infrastructure deployment projects. All project groups have been global. Architects and specialists have worked around Finland and abroad. This has taught me how to lead virtual project groups. For me, virtual meetings are a completely natural way of working on the project.Along with customer projects I have developed Tieto´s project management methods by creating UCC project handbook.

I have worked in several LAN projects at Tieto premises. This has taught me independent and responsible way to work. I also have worked as an administrator in Cisco VoIP environment. One of that sector jobs was Tieto Global Cisco VoIP project which implemented Cisco VoIP solutions to several countries. I have learned how to manage large scale (4000+ users) rollouts.
