Started out as a part-time shop assistant and a cashier.Moved up being a shift manager after about 7 months of work. In 2011 I returned, and had all the same duties as before, only I worked a lot less after starting school in August. I pretty much worked there through my studies and carried out one of my three job placements also.I learned most about customer service, which was part of every shift. I also got familiar with handling difficult situations as a shift manager. One of the best parts of being responsible for the shop at times was to find out how to cope with pressure and tight schedules. The most teaching job experience I have had in my short working life. -
