As a certified quadcopter pilot, I contribute to Elomatic's laser scanning team in industrial plant modeling projects. This involves deploying drones for mapping challenges at remote plants, fostering teamwork, and meeting high-intensity demands. My responsibilities here provide a refreshing break from routine office work.

In this role, I am entrusted with building and nurturing customer relationships within Elomatic's engineering business. Leading a business unit sales team, I manage sales projects focusing on product development, engineering, and production development for machines, equipment, and production plants. Projects are inherently multidisciplinary, requiring a combination of mechanical and electrical engineering as well as technical analysis skills.My initiatives include implementing cloud tools such as O365, Teams, SalesForce, and M-files into our daily sales operations. Additionally, I provide training to our team to maximize the effective use of these cloud tools.Elomatic's strategic goal is to grasp additive manufacturing business opportunities and adapt engineering processes to evolving customer needs. Serving as the project manager for the Elomatic project team and the contact person during the initiation of the Finnish Additive Manufacturing Ecosystem (FAME), I played a key role in the ecosystem's inception.Furthermore, I serve as the contact person for Elomatic in the Digital Defence Ecosystem, an industry-driven initiative for Finnish technology providers in the defense and security sector. This role involves enhancing capabilities, boosting business growth, and integrating fast-developing technologies into defense and security solutions.

In this leadership role, I directed a team responsible for event marketing, prints, internet marketing, CRM administration, and development. My focus was on integrating a 360-degree customer understanding into our marketing-sales process, automating workflows, and streamlining the sales process using software robots.Under my guidance, the team successfully contributed to the development of elomatic.com, intranet systems, Elomatic publications, visual identity, news, blogs, events, sponsorships, and social media marketing. Achieving one of the highest scores in Elomatic's employment satisfaction survey, I facilitated the transition to using O365-tools and Teams as our primary communication tools.

Leading four mechanical engineering teams in Tampere and Helsinki, my responsibilities included marketing and selling engineering work with a focus on lightweight structures, mechanical engineering, and product development. I actively participated in negotiations, coordinated local sales, and served as the Customer Relationship Management process owner for Elomatic.

Heading the product development department, I led multidisciplinary teams in providing product development services. Key projects included the implementation of a digital marketing system and an engineering data management system. In charge of developing and executing after-sales services for SolidWorks 3D-Cad software, I established an office in Tampere, sold new design tools, and undertook development projects for customers.

Initially involved in special milling machines and later in FMS/robots departments, I designed various machine tools, analyzed structures, and developed 3D-CAD design methods.In 1999 I did my master of science thesis from "3D-CAD in customer oriented special machine tool engineering."
