Driven by a genuine passion for supporting individuals in their healthcare journeys, I am an entrepreneur and healthcare leader committed to excellence and compassion in care. Whilst my love towards entrepreneurship has been with me since my early twenties, my path only unfolded towards my early thirties; however, I am grateful that I skimmed the avenues thoroughly as I travelled to well over 100 countries and lived in nearly a dozen over a ten-year period.I started as a carer in 2017. Over the years, I worked with individuals with psychological and physical disabilities from the age of 8 to 106.During my years as a carer, I understood my craving to make an impact and also my eagerness to scale my qualities and mindset. I progressed from a carer to a care coordinator, and along the way, I spent years in team leader and supervisory positions alongside a care package managerial role. In just four years in healthcare, I became and then successfully worked as a Registered Manager, which was me running the show 24/7. I eventually decided that my business knowledge alone would not support my desire to make a lasting impact in healthcare in the UK, so I chose to become a nurse. I am now doing my postgraduate studies in Adult Nursing and another master' s-level apprenticeship as a senior leader.I am the father of a fantastic boy, an ultra-runner & triathlete & mountaineer and a healthcare professional.
