Manages the customer relationship during delivery and serves as the primary interface towards the customer in all activities-related to the scope of the contract, including case handling, emergency and software upgrade to ensure customer satisfaction and SLA achievement.Maintain the network KPI and manage software and hardware for incidents.Improve operational process to achieve better network performance.Mentoring staff to operate the network and Coordinate all parties to have a mutual understanding of customer expectation. To ensure the in-time and proper deliverables and develop new business opportunities.

- Coordinates closely with sales team, sales support, and service resources to align designed solution with customers’ requirements- Proactively pursuing business opportunities in ongoing projects and customer engagements to continuously up-selling and repeat sales- Engage with customer, create long-term business development plans and position for technology strategy, solutions and products to match with customer needs. Convince customers to appreciate benefits of offerings over competition.- Bid management regarding TOR, including technical and commercial proposal, SoC, SoW, Professional Services.- Transferring new products and solutions update from vendor to sale and support teams for Core Network and Value Added Services portfolio- Support in developing customer presentations and interpret technical solutions to deliver clear message of customer’s value and benefits- Presales supporting in terms of requirement analysis, scoping and pricing, and project delivery in terms of solution architecture and design- Participate/represent in customer meetings to identify add on sales opportunities during the delivery phase in order to amplify sales volumes- PoC (Proof of Concept) and Integration tests according to customer business cases/requirements

- Consulting , Integration and Project support for various Servers and Network Equipment including IMS for Next-Generation Networks, VAS (Value Add System) , VoIP and RCS solution (i.e. ACME-SBC , hiQ SIP-Server , Media RingBackTone) , LDAP for Mobile Numbering Portabilityetc.- Coordinating with project manager to gathering technical data then drafting technical document such as SOW , Feature document , Acceptance Test and status report

o Interworking with AIS Packet Switch network (SGSN/GGSN) for customized Value Add Service (VAS) to meet customer expectation and business requirementso System/Network integrator and administrator for Mobile Data Access & Applicationso Provide on-call technical support, pre-analysis fault and fault handling for customers problemso Handling of emergency serviceo Perform software upgrade, feature acceptance testo Operation & maintenance of assigned productso Deploy ,Integrated and customized solution from SIEMENS and 3party product for - IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem)- Mobile Smart Proxy - Mobile Video Streaming - Mobile Presence Server- WAP-Gateway- MMS/SMS and various Mobile Data Applications

o Integrating SIEMENS NMS/OSS for Fixed and Mobile Switching, HLR/MSC and STPo Provide on-call technical support for OSS/NMS problems for both Fixed line and mobile network in several operators (local and oversea)o Build strong OSS team by efficiently train, motivate and mentor onsite junior OSS team member to complete Project assignment within the timeline and scope.o Domestic and Oversea project support for NetManager & Switch Commander

o On-call technical support for COMPAQ Server and 3COM Router.o Implement and Integrate network equipment (3COM Router and Switch).o Developing and delivering training programs for Compaq Server and IBM Server courses
