Throughout this role, primary duties included: Supervised the Project Managers, Coordinators, Project Officers, CDOs and team members of the Cash Transforming Program, Food Security and Livelihood, WASH and Advocacy related Projects/Programs.  Supervised WASH team for the effective implementation of CLTS, Pakistan Approach to Total Sanitation (PATS).  Delivered strategic directions and guidance staff members and kept abreast with new social media trends. Ensured quality by monitoring and evaluation ongoing projects as well as implementation of program strategies focusing on achievement of desired results.  Financial and substantive monitoring and evaluation of the projects, identification of operational and financial problems, development of solutions.
