This first requires a company to understand what information is important, because not every data point is. It then requires an understanding of the processes by which this information is gathered or created and to ensure those processes are as streamlined and standardized as much as possible. Finally, it requires that the appropriate systems are put in place to automate the collection, processing and dissemination of information so that the right information is provided to the right people at the right time. What sets me apart is that I start with the desired result of a process, rather than with the initial inputs. I want to know what decisions need to be made and the information needed to make those decisions and then back into what information is required to support the desired outcomes. I'm process oriented. I have deep experience facilitating process standardization and alignment conversations across business units and global regions. I strongly believe that technology is only as good as the underlying processes it is automating.I'm a very collaborative leader and supportive manager. I lead with honestly and transparency and I enjoy working with people to help them achieve their full potential.
