I currently hold the positon of accounts payable/recievable as well as other duties including title work, collections, payroll assistant, human resources wholsales, rebate submission . I am very comfortabke communicating with numerous vendors via email, fax as well as telephone. Recieve and correctly post payments to customer accounts, assist in closing car deals on accounting , handle all cna and gap submittals ans cancellations , process all dailt EFT payments for contract proceeds and deale reserves .daily deposits and money handling . very dead line oriented

I began working for Laird Noller as receptionist/cashier and was promoted to warranty administrator, processing all C hrystler and also Mazda warranties, calling in service contract authorizations. as well as continuing my duties as receptionist/cashier. eventually I was promoted to the position of office manger, working directly with the general manger to maintain the day to day office duties to help maintain a constant flow of communication with corporate office via fax email adn multi phone lines, i directly managed two other employees in my department, developed work schedules and trained and encouraged to learn and maintain a healthy work enviroment, scheduled all work related meetings and luncheons, daily deposits , HR direct contact for employees concerns regarding insurance and attendance .

I held the position of direct sales associate in the womans shoe department, recieved freight and stocked inventory, assisted my customers in their needs and wants, established many professional relaitionships, Itook upon myself a leadership role in my department, actively training and micro managing my peers and encouraged everyone to reach not only the companies goals but also our own, maintained a friendly amount of competiton to keep everyone excited and interested in being successful as well as profitable
