Tefo Moholi - a ‘multipotentialite’ with many passions and creative pursuits - holds a Chemical Engineering qualification and has gained over 25 years of experience in the field of minerals processing, metallurgy and RDI. He has worked for reputable multi-national companies such as Outotec, Weir Minerals, Anglo American, Mintek and SPX Process Equipment’s Lightnin Africa. Tefo gained good technical, problem solving and management skills through hard work and has done exceptionally well as a technical metallurgist, process/applications engineer and sales executive. He proved to be an exceptionally competent individual through the quality of work he delivered.In 2005 Tefo started exploring entrepreneurial opportunities and founded Imvuso Holdings (Pty) Ltd - a new generation empowerment company set-up with the aim of establishing and sustaining investments in the engineering, mining, financial services and property sectors. He served as an executive chairman. He is also the co-founding member of MIP Process Technologies (Pty) Ltd – the only empowered process equipment supply company in SA's mining sector (at the time). In his last executive position at MIP he served as Sales & Marketing Director reporting to the Managing Director and Board of Directors.Tefo discovered he had a knack for marketing, strategy formulation and customer service. This further broadened his repertoire and he consulted with NOTE THIS as a business development director and business management strategist.
