During my military service I had the chance to work as an IT Systems Engineer. This provided me the opportunity to design and develop on my own the Ethernet Network of the Camp, including building the server, establishing the wiring in the two-floor building, connecting twenty computers to the network and performing the configuration of parameters.In addition, my responsibilities involved the maintenance of the network’s operation and the training of the personnel regarding its use, the monitoring and maintenance of the computers hardware and software, including upgrades and troubleshooting.

During my internship at the Hellenic Telecommunications Organization (OTE), I participated in the reconstruction project of the IP Access Network of the organization.My role encompassed monitoring of the routers' traffic and locating routers with low traffic in remote areas, retrieving statistical data and drafting the respective reports in order to inform the Head of IP Planning Department about the traffic in these areas.Furthermore, I familiarised with the management of different business issues including the monitoring of the project’s progress, the resolution of issues and the schedule of tasks to meet the deadlines through attending the subdivision’s meetings on weekly basis.
