Responsibilities of the role include;• Developing relationships and liaising with key external and internal stakeholders – suppliers, sponsors and industry contacts. • Responsible for brand, marketing and sales strategy to achieve company objectives and support client retention and acquisition. • Identify new business opportunities within new and existing portfolio of clients to achieve sales volume, product and market share growth. • Identify new product segments that align with our consumer engagement strategies. • Content management across all communications platforms – web, social media, CRM and cross promotion via client and supplier channels. • Preparation of media and corporate sponsorship proposals for major events. • Creation of marketing content that delivers consistent messaging across all platforms and maximises cross-selling opportunities between Neat Ideas business units. • Planning, marketing and execution of key events on the Neat Ideas calendar throughout the year. Events include Kids’ Funfest, Santa’s Christmas Carnival, Good Friday at Adventure World which combined attract over 20,000 guests annually. • Planning and execution of the Langley Park Family Zone, part of the City of Perth’s Australia Day Skyworks event, attracting up to 100,000 people throughout the day.
