Building strong client relationships with a portfolio of accounts. Facilitating and overseeing all day to day activity, including picking and despatch. Setting up and maintaining accurate job instructions for all client activities. Maintaining and monitoring client performance and managing any divergence from the agreed standard. Supporting the Account Manager in face to face meeting as required. Understanding clients business activity and strategy, allowing me to represent their needs with any relevant stake holders. Managing and completing all client invoicing in a timely and accurate fashion.

Help to buy is a government initiative that encourages and supports first time buyers when purchasing their first home. This position required me to build expert knowledge and successfully communicate with customers when providing advice and resolving issues. This was also my first office based position, meaning my already developed IT skills (data entry, excel, case notes, general admin tasks) were further advanced, and also provided me with a broader understanding of differing work environments. This position was 9-5, five days a week, and I was a punctual and reliable employee.
