As a Behaviour Therapist, I utilised the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis to help Autistic children improve their social, communicative, and adaptive learning skills. To do this, I engaged the child in tailored programs or work tasks which are designed to target specific skills.Other duties included recording data on each program, recording data on the child's behaviour, implementing behaviour management plans, and communicating the child's progress with their parents and the wider team.

As part of the marketing communications team at Siemens Ltd., I have worked across various areas and projects focusing on internal and external communications.
