Lithe was acquired by Clemenger one week before I went on maternity leave, so for a description of my experience in this role, please refer below.

My varied role at Lithe included online communications, writing for the web, proofing, search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), project management and account management. In managing client accounts I undertook ongoing and proactive website maintenance, content management, reporting and analytics. I ran content strategy workshops and was involved in User Experience & Requirements Gathering - conducting surveys, running meetings and writing personas and user stories. I carried out SEO audits and contributed to web asset audits covering accessibility and content reviews, undertook client support and trained clients in the use of Content Management Systems. Other contributions to the success of Lithe included proposal writing, social networking, internal communications and business development.

At WorkCoverSA I coordinated delivery of internal and external communication pieces, working with an advertising agency and the Master Media Agencies to coordinate advertising services, processing website and intranet requests from across the organisation, including working proactively with business units to improve the website and intranet. I liaised with the media and managed PR campaigns, coordinated all internal communications requests, including whole-staff emails and coordinating and writing the internal newsletter. I undertook daily media and social media monitoring including identifying issues and opportunities and assisted with media releases and statements, and kept media files and clippings up to date. I also helped with the production of publications and promotional materials by undertaking writing, editing, researching and proof reading for a diverse audience across different mediums.

Duties included planning yearly campaign schedules, monthly job schedules, targeted media plans and budgets for clients. I also made strategic recommendations and implemented appropriate media, including print material and online activity to reach target demographics and complement one another. I planned community events and activities for clients (ie Mitcham Square and Marden Shopping Centre) for all school holidays and annual events from Mothers Day through to Christmas. My duties also included print production, obtaining specifications and quotes through to distribution of printed items, liaising with clients and suppliers, writing briefs and media releases, managing the creative team, ensuring deadlines and budgets were met, developing estimates and invoicing. My work also included a focus on digital media, from electronic direct mail to setting up and updating client pages on Facebook, to ensure clients were proactively interacting with their audience, listening and forming mutually beneficial relationships.

Duties included liaising with clients and suppliers, writing briefs, managing the creative team, ensuring deadlines were met, ensuring budgets were met, obtaining quotes, developing estimates and invoicing. My position required me to work autonomously however I also frequently worked as part of a team when specialists from within the organisation were required to complete a job. My ability to develop client relationships resulted in a growth in work and new clients coming on board.

My role at Showpony entailed communication with and management of clients and suppliers, brief writing, coordination with the creative team, ensuring deadline adherence, booking media, coordinating print jobs, sourcing quotes, developing estimates and invoicing.
